1. The service

ShelfRecall ("we") emails subscribers when a newly published public recall or safety notice matches keywords the subscriber chose. Notices come from public government sources such as the US CPSC, the EU Safety Gate, the US FDA and Health Canada.

2. Information only

Alerts are provided for information only. They are not legal, regulatory or professional advice. We do not guarantee that every relevant notice will be detected, that every alert applies to your products, or that using the service makes you compliant with any law, marketplace policy or regulation. The official notice is always the authoritative source.

3. Accuracy and availability

We reproduce information from public sources and link to the original notice. Sources can change, be delayed or be unavailable, and we are not responsible for errors in them. The service may be interrupted for maintenance or outside causes.

4. Price and payment

$12 per month or $99 per year, paid in advance through NOWPayments. Monthly subscribers receive an invoice link before each renewal; if it is not paid, alerts stop at the end of the paid period. To ask for a refund, email hello@shelfrecall.xyz and we will review your request.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time by emailing hello@shelfrecall.xyz or using the contact page. Alerts continue until the end of the paid period.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost sales, delisting, fines or other indirect losses.
